IEC 62133-2

UN 38.3
Required for the safe transport of lithium batteries, UN 38.3 subjects cells to a battery of tests including altitude simulation, thermal cycling, vibration, shock, and short circuit. Passing it confirms the cell is safe to ship worldwide.
BMS protection
A Battery Management System guards each cell against overcharging, over-discharging, and short circuits. It is the built-in safeguard that keeps performance stable and the battery safe throughout its life.
